We incorporate a holistic approach that promotes balance and integration of body, mind, and spirit. Through a genuinely caring and collaborative framework , we strive to promote compassionate connections to oneself and to others.
Programs

Trauma-Focused Therapy
Our program focuses on healing from past trauma through a blend of therapies that include indigenous forms of healing as well as eastern and western practices, offering a uniquely holistic, strengths based program that prioritizes collaborative principles based on safety, choice, and empowerment.

Traumatic
Bereavement
The goal of this treatment is to help an adult survivor address the traumatic stress associated with the death and the way it occurred, so that the survivor can process the grief surrounding their loss. The ultimate goal is to help guests reinvest in their lives in ways that are fulfilling to them.
